We contracted with Versatility, LLC to transition our organization to Salesforce. As a non-profit Museum, we had special needs and requests that were not typical of the standard Salesforce user. Kristen and Vijay took the time to listen to our needs and really learn about how our organization functions. They then followed up by presenting us with options that both fit our organization’s needs and worked within our budget. They also provided training that made the software easily understandable. Our end product is a customized Salesforce platform that has greatly improved our organization’s relationship management.
